Plate Storage and Cutting

The heart of the Katmex production facility is it’s capacity of plate stock and high technology cutting capability.

Katmex offers a line of cutting machines including gas, laser and plasma, to cater to our customers’ cutting process needs. We strive to satisfy in every aspect of QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery).

Up to 3000 tonnes of plate stock in various grades, sizes and thicknesses to give flexibility for customers.

Gas Cutting
Oxy fuel cutting is carried out on cutting machines with up to 3 plate multi-head simultaneous cutting capacity up to 200mm thick plate.

2 x Tanaka gas cutting machines
Bed size 30m x 8m with up to 20 cutting torches in each machine.

Plasma Cutting
